Tai Chi Intro
In this 8 week course you will learn the 24 Posture Tai chi form. This form was specially created to be accessible to anyone of any age. Tai chi is performed in a slow, gentle manner which enhances relaxation and mind/body connection, promoting circulation and balance. *Completion of the Intro Course qualifies students to join the Foundations Program, where they can continue developing their Tai Chi practice in a structured progression.

Tai Chi Training Path
The Tai Chi Training Path is a progressive system of training that develops dynamic balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility through guided 8 week phases, leading from foundational movement to refined skill.

Tai Chi Foundations Program
The Foundations Program is a structured introduction to Tai Chi fundamentals through progressive, 8-week phases, developing posture, alignment, coordination, relaxation, and core movement principles.

Tai Chi Training Group

Sessions emphasize applying and integrating everything learned in the Foundations and Development Programs in a more fluid and advanced setting
